Subscription & Refund Policy
All practitioner directory listings are billed annually.
By purchasing a listing, you agree to a 12-month subscription period. No refunds or partial (pro rata) refunds are offered once a purchase has been completed.
There are no additional or hidden charges beyond the listed annual fee.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, however listing visibility will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Each listing is valid for a single practitioner and a single practice location only. Additional practitioners or practice locations must purchase their own individual listings.
Listings are non-transferable between practitioners or practices.
