Ben has practiced Network Spinal Care for over 20 years. He established Lifewise in Adelaide's CBD in 2006. He loves helping people reconnect with their bodies and unwind the tension patterns that hold them back — working with everyone from newborns to people in their final years of life. Outside the practice, Ben is a keen bushwalker and rock climber, a trained classical singer who has performed with some of Australia's leading choral ensembles, and father to four children - Tom, Ilsa, Carys and Lucy, who, along with two lively dogs, keep life full at home.
